Book a call

Privacy

Last updated 25 August 2026

This site is small and so is this policy. I collect as little as possible: what you send me in a form, what you enter when booking a call, and the standard technical logs any website receives. Nothing is sold, and nothing is used for advertising.

Who is responsible

Evercode Studio (“I”, “me”) operates evercode.studio and is the data controller for the personal data described here.

  • Registered name: MB Adrenalino kąsnis
  • Legal form: MB (mažoji bendrija)
  • Registration number: 304558201

  • Registered address: Vilnius, Lithuania

What I collect, and why

When you send your store for a free review

The form collects your store URL and email address. I use them to look at your store, record the review, and send it to you. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

When you subscribe to notes

The newsletter form collects your email address only, used to send occasional writing about Shopify development. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any email or writing to the address above.

When you book a call

Booking runs through Cal.com, embedded on the contact section. When you book, Cal.com processes your name, email address, chosen time and anything you write in the booking notes, and passes it to me. Cal.com sets its own cookies inside that embed. Their privacy policy applies to their processing: cal.com/privacy.

The embed does not load until you scroll near it, so if you never reach the booking section, no request is made to Cal.com at all.

Technical logs

The site is hosted by Netlify, which records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Analytics

There are currently no analytics or tracking tools on this site — no Google Analytics, no pixels, no advertising trackers. Web fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so visiting the site does not send a request to any font provider.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The only cookies that may be set come from the Cal.com booking embed, and only once that embed loads. Clearing cookies in your browser removes them.

Who else processes your data

  • Netlify — hosting and form submissions. Privacy policy.
  • Cal.com — call scheduling. Privacy policy.
  • My email provider — receives and stores our correspondence.

Some of these providers are based outside the EU. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long it is kept

  • Form submissions and emails — kept while we are in contact and for up to two years afterwards, in case you come back.
  • Newsletter address — until you unsubscribe.
  • Client project records — kept for as long as required by accounting and tax law.
  • Server logs — kept according to Netlify’s retention schedule.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can ask me to:

  • tell you what data I hold about you, and give you a copy
  • correct anything inaccurate
  • delete it
  • restrict or object to how it is used
  • send it to you or another provider in a portable format
  • withdraw consent, where consent was the basis

Write to gytis@evercode.studio and I will respond within one month. If you believe I have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija), vdai.lrv.lt.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant and affects people who have already contacted me, I will say so directly.
